Given the current market situation, we have found that many owners have turned into situational  and unexpected landlords.  Some owners have had to move to different states or cities for work and have found their properties sit on the market for months at a time hoping to be sold while draining them financially.  Some owner’s are just unable to commit the time and energy required to effectively manage their investment.
