First, Touchstone utilizes an extensive network of contractor’s to provide responsive and extremely competitive repair/remodeling services to ensure top service with an attention focused on minimizing cost when properties are in disrepair.

In addition to bringing properties up to condition, we prepare a full market analysis of the properties position in both the rental and sales market and make a strategic short term and long term recommendation to help banks make a more informed decision about how to best position their assets.

From that point, we will either list for sale or market for leasing, depending on the property and its position in the market utilizing the MLS, Internet and local advertising, and partnering with local leasing and sales agencies to ensure vacancy periods are at a minimum.

Once rented, we offer rental receipt and disbursement, maintenance and upkeep management, and respond to and handle all tenant issues for a minimal 8% fee of the gross rent.
